King Brewery Dark Lager
This unique beer is brewed in the authentic Munich Dunkel style. We use only the finest imported Dark Munich Malt, Noble German Hops and brew it in our authentic German decoction brew house to deliver "true to style" aroma and flavour. This delicious beer is red brown in colour, with a thick tan coloured head. The palate is rich and full delivering a clean bread like taste with a hint of toasted chocolate, sporting elegant lace lines to the bottom of your glass. This unique dark lager is complex yet clean. Enjoy this fine lager with all European continental style foods and cheeses or just as a well deserved cold one. True to the King Brewery style our Dark Lager is extremely flavorful, balanced and deliciously refreshing!
Scotch Irish Brewing Black Irish Plain Porter
Our Black Irish Porter is a full bodied ale with flavours of dark chocolate and espresso. Works well with hearty foods like stews, strong cheeses like a sharp cheddar or a blue. Ideal with oysters.
Great Lakes Winter Ale
The brew dates of our Winter Ale are something we all look forward to at the brewery. The addition of honey, ginger, cinnamon and orange peel in the boil produces an aromatic sensation unlike anything else. It’s a treat to try the beer directly from the heat exchanger – at this point, the cinnamon is the predominant flavour, but as the beer ferments and ages, the other ingredients blend together beautifully.
Cameron's Dark 266
This is a truly unique lager. Dark chestnut in colour with a lacy long-lasting head, Dark 266 offers the distinct aroma of the finest German and Czechoslovakian hops. Roasted barley adds a nutty tone to the Dark’s flavour profile. Dark 266 was named to commemorate its batch number while being created, much in the same way fine wines are named after their bin numbers.
Mill Street Barley Wine
Barley Wine has a spicy, sherry-ish nose with a warming palate that is sweet and honey like with a definite dried fruit/apricot flavour. The finish is warm and drying with a pronounced spiciness and lingering malt flavour.
Barley Days Wind and Sail Dark Ale
A mouthful in more ways than one! Our namesake Irish Ale is a very complex blend of exotic malts, including Two Row, Carastan, Chocolate, Black and roasted Barley. We chose Goldings as our bittering and aroma hop. The bold colour belies the eyes as your taste buds soon discover that this dark ale won’t really affect your overall mass. (5% alc/vol.)
Niagara’s Best Blonde
Niagara's Best Blonde Premium Ale exemplifies the best characteristics of quality ales and lagers. The full body and clean finish is achieved using a blend of the finest Canadian barley, imported caramel malts and a touch of toasted wheat. The subtle malt flavour is perfectly balanced by the taste and aroma of North American and European hops. Niagara's Best Blonde is craft brewed to appeal to ale and lager drinkers alike.
Walkerville Lager
Bright Amber colour with a creamy white head releasing subtle noble hop aromas, a slightly toasty malt flavour up front giving way to a firm hop flavour which leads to a wonderfully balanced finish that is long and refreshingly dry…Full bodied, spicy and crisp.
Wellington County Dark
A dark traditional ale with a rich bouquet, matured slowly to deliver exceptional smoothness and balance. A nice fruity nose and paired well with roast beef, venison and lamb. (5% alc/vol)
