Bricks & Mortar Coffee Porter
Bricks & Mortar Coffee Porter
Brewed in collaboration with our neighbours, Pilot Coffee Roasters, Bricks and Mortar is our tribute to the brick industry upon which our neighbourhood was built along with our own evolution to becoming a physical brewery. Whole freshly roasted Don Rodrigo Colombian coffee beans are added to the beer during the final stages of conditioning for a gentle, cold extraction process resulting in a blend of juicy mango, earthy nutmeg and a smooth creaminess.
LCBO #488130 (650 mL bottle)
Eephus Oatmeal Brown Ale
Eephus Oatmeal Brown Ale
Our Oatmeal Brown Ale is inspired by the seldom thrown Eephus - a risky and unexpected high-arcing pitch that catches the batter off-guard. This American Brown Ale finds its sweet spot with aromas of roasted malts, toasted nuts, a touch of bitterness, and a surprisingly creamy, smooth taste.
LCBO #416818 (650 mL bottle)
Laser Show Vermont Style IIPA
Laser Show Vermont Style IIPA
Laser Show is born from our love for the hazy, tropical IPAs made in North Eastern US, and a particular New England All-Star's laser-beam line drives. This Double IPA is intensely hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Mosaic and fermented with a uniquely fruity yeast strain from Vermont. Laser Show overflows with flavours of tropical fruit, lychee, cantaloupe and orange juice concentrate. It's a big, juicy beer with soft mouthfeel and an easy finish.

Maris* Pale Ale
Maris* Pale Ale
Roger Maris made history when he beat Babe Ruth's home run record in 1961. He played straight, to the point baseball and wasn't flashy or boastful. He did his job and did it well. Our Pale Ale intends to do the same. Brewed with Maris Otter malt, Maris* is a down to earth session beer made for a day at the ballpark.
Prospect Single Hop IPA Series
Prospect Single Hop IPA Series
A prospect is a rising talent whose skills are too great to ignore. They are a natural team player, chosen for their distinctive abilities. The same can be true of a standout hop amongst a beer's roster of ingredients. In that spirit, we are proud to bring you PROSPECT, our single hop IPA series. Each batch is brewed using the same malt recipe and showcases a unique hop for it's individual characteristics.
Sunlight Park Saison
Sunlight Park Saison
This beer was created in honour of Toronto's first professional baseball stadium. Built in 1886 in the East Toronto neighbourhood now known as Riverside, the all-wooden structure sat 2,250 fans and later became home to the city's first International League championship. This tart and refreshing session saison is brewed using a generous amount of malted wheat and honey malt and the zest of 100 organic grapefruits in every batch.
