Blonde Lager
Blonde Lager
Our extended aging process results in an incredibly smooth and refreshing taste with little bitterness or aftertaste. Great for the warm weather or for those desiring a light bodied beer, this premium blonde lager is 5% alcohol by volume. Thirst-quenching and flavourful, it's a perfect companion to lighter fare, such as fish or salads, or spicy dishes like wings or sausages.
Canuck Pale Ale
Canuck Pale Ale
The minute you crack your can, aroma of grapefruit, mango and pine hit you in the face; like a beaver slapping his tail on a pristine small body of water in Ontario. Canuck pours a deep gold, bordering on burnt orange that produces a tight snowy white toque. Take one last nose before getting into the liquid, which you'll soon find will be hard to put down. Soft carbonation leads into a sweet honeyish start before it gives way to more grapefruit, tropical citrus, canned peaches and pine. Light to medium body with a very dry finish.
LCBO #242545 (473 mL can)
Devil
Devil's Pale Ale 666
Brewed with 6 select malts and 4 premium hops, it has a rich mohogany colour, reminiscent of early English Pale Ales. Characterized by a wonderfully hoppy aroma followed by a hearty malty body and lingering bitterness.
Karma Citra IPA
Karma Citra IPA
Notes of lemon rind, tropical fruits, soft pine resin and a touch of honey bound from the glass in both the aroma and taste thanks to a generous amount of the famous citra hop. Deliciously bitter medium body, yet nice and smooth with a dry resiny finish. News of any new hop coming from the Yakima Valley perks the ears of IPA brewers everywhere, but, with Citra, things were different. The buzz was bigger. As Citra's wave rolled across the land from the west coast we waited... and waited. Finally it crested, and a sample crashed into our pilot system. After brewing with it all the buzz made sense. Comments ranged from "Well that changes the game" to "It's so good it feels like we're cheating." Today we procure as much as Citra as we can to bring you as much of this IPA as our little brewery can muster. All hail Citra!
Lake Effect IPA
Lake Effect IPA
A brilliant tight white head forms the crown of this American style unfiltered India Pale Ale. Hazy orange in colour, the Lake Effect packs incredible aromas of grapefruit, mango and tangerines. Medium bodied with subtle malt notes and a pleasant and balanced bitterness (obtained using a variety of fresh hops from the Pacific Northwest), along with notes of grapefruit, a refreshing burst of wintergreen, a hint of dill, and a soft underlying pine touch, are just some of the enticing qualities discovered with each sip. Big hop presence for a big India Pale Ale. The Lake Effect finishes nice and dry and will be sure to have you reaching for another drink.
LCBO #353920 (650 mL bottle)
Limp Puppet Session IPA
Limp Puppet Session IPA
A 3.8% highly hopped Sessionable IPA, with lots of tropical fruit notes in both the aroma and taste. It's a great beer for warmer weather
Meanwhile... Down in Moxee IPA
Meanwhile... Down in Moxee IPA
The hazy IPA pours a milkshakey orange with some whiteness of the suspended yeast peering through. Huge aromas of mango, nectarines, lychee and strawberry abound from the glass and get those saliva glands kicking into high gear. The first sip, and each gulp thereafter, all provide flavours of tangerine and peach, with some kiwi and mango notes mingling together to create a very juicy experience. Medium body, mildly bitter and yet very refreshing

Full bodied, subtle malt notes with a pleasant and balanced bitterness obtained using some Simcoe, Columbus and Centennial hops, it finishes dry with a lingering hop presence that leaves you wanting more. My Bitter Wife will be sure to awaken your senses with each sip. THE NAME: Carrie Nation was a nearly unstoppable force behind the temperance movement. She fought a long and hard battle, hacking at the legs of libation. My Bitter Wife is our tribute to her!
LCBO #345579 (650 mL bottle)
Octopus Wants to Fight IPA
Octopus Wants to Fight IPA
It pours a beautiful burnt gold edging into a dull orange, like a orange creamsicle complete with a tight white head. As you can imagine, lots of tropical fruits abound from the glass with the first whiffs, followed by a walk in the woods as pine, evergreen and some herbaceous notes are picked up. The first sip provides some sweetness, some dank grass combined with pine needles and then onto "juicy fruit". Soft body with some middle mouthfeel bitterness that tastes like another.

RoboHop Imperial IPA
RoboHop Imperial IPA
A double IPA. A beast. Don't mess around with this easy drinking, yet powerful bulbous animal.
Saison Dupump (Pumpkin Saison)
Saison Dupump (Pumpkin Saison)
*One fine autumn day, one of our assistant brewers accidentally pitched saison yeast into a freshly brewed batch of our Pumpkin Ale. While we all chastised him, the young brewer had faith that he had created something with potential. Well, the lad was right and Saison Dupump was born.* *Note - the above story is entirely fabricated
Sunnyside Session IPA
Sunnyside Session IPA
Looks as beautiful in your glass as a lovely summer day at Sunnyside Beach. Gaze into the sun to get an idea of the colour of this unfiltered (brilliant gold, hazy) tasty treat, which is protected with a snowy head, reminiscent of white caps rolling on Lake Ontario. The citrus aromas leap from the glass with each gentle swirl. Lemon is the most prominent followed by pineapple and a touch of grapefruit. It's so aromatic that you'll want to forgo the sunscreen and apply generously to your person. Light body, juicy and refreshing, the same aromas make their way onto the palate, which are elevated due to the soft carbonation and mouthfeel. A dry finish with lingering pineapple notes, Sunnyside has all the flavours of a big GLB IPA packaged into a remarkably drinkable session ale. Terrific for the backyard, the beach, with friends, and in the shower before a big night out.

Not one to be missed.
