Named after the Barley Boom of the late 1800's, Barley Days Brewery has been open since August 2007 and has continued to brew craft beers to the highest degree of excellence.
Using a complex combination of North American and European ingredients, we brew all of our beer according to the German purity law; Reinheitsgebot. Our beers are all brewed with the utmost care and patience.

Deli King is a partnership between Caplansky's Deli and Barley Days Brewery. This dark rye lager is spiced with Caplanski's famous brisket rub.
Harvest Gold Pale Ale
Harvest Gold Pale Ale
Barley Days Brewery's Harvest Gold is a lush pale ale that lives up to its name. It has a bright golden body, with a creamy white head, and a surprisingly rich flavour. The fruity and floral bouquet, coupled with English hops, and a pale malt base, is reminiscent of fresh-cut hay and autumn fields. Harvest Gold Pale Ale is a refined old world recipe with a modern day taste that will brighten your day with its sumptuous flavour. (4.8% alc./vol.)

Crisp and clean, this refreshing Pilsner-style lager is nicely balanced, with a malty-sweet start and a slightly bitter finish. Brewed in Prince Edward County, using only malted barley, hops, yeast and water.

Sacred Mule Sparkling Ale
Sacred Mule Sparkling Ale
It's a Czech pilsner that uses a type of yeast normally used in fermenting sparkling wine. It's a great example of how the type of yeast can influence a beer's flavour. It's a crisp, refreshing beer at 4.6% alc/vol and 7 IBU. Tropical citrus notes with a subtle honey sweetness.

Scrimshaw Oyster Stout
Scrimshaw Oyster Stout is A full-bodied dry Irish stout has notes of chocolate and coffee, a velvety texture and finishes with subtle oyster undertones. 1500 whole Green Gables Malpeque Oysters from New London Bay, Prince Edward Island were added to the brew, creating a unique and flavourful stout. With 4% alc/vol and an IBU of 25, this an eminently drinkable beer.

Brewed only in March with locally produced maple syrup, this ale has a bouquet of rich fruity aromas and maple. Its thick, sweet body is perfectly complemented by a moderately-hopped finish. The careful carbonation results in a light lofty mouth feel.

Barley Days Brewery's Wind & Sail is a rich and robust dark that unfolds its aromas under a thick but smooth head.
