Saison’s Greetings No Comments »

In this second Ontario Brewer Podcast for August, Master Cicerone Mirella Amato continues her exploration of OCB-brewed saisons. She is once again joined by Certified Cicerone and beer columnist, Crystal Luxmore, at craftbeertastings.com and historian and beer writer, Jordan St.John at saintjohnswort.ca.

Having correctly guessed which saison was in front of them in the last podcast, Crystal and Jordan are looking forward to enjoying two other OCB-brewed interpretations of the style. The three saisons featured this month were Block 3 King Street Saison, Niagara Oast House Brewers Saison  and Nickel Brook Le Paysan Saison.

After being stumped by the pilsner in front of them in the last podcast, Greg and Robin are looking forward to sitting back and enjoying two more OCB-brewed examples of the style. The three pilsners featured this month were Old Credit Pale Pilsner, Ramblin’ Road Country Pilsner and Steam Whistle.

After being stumped by the American-style IPA in front of them in the last podcast, Ben and Jordan are looking forward to sitting back and enjoying two more OCB-brewed examples of the style.
