I’m SOFT AND MELLOW. I kinda disagree with that. I disagree because I don’t find myself to be soft and mellow. On the plus side I’ve enjoyed 2 of these beers, and regularly pick up the Red Leaf Lager. Here are the 5 choices picked for me:
Summer Ale from Granite Brewery
Wolfgang’s German Style Beer from Skeena Brewing Company
Celtic Ale from Trafalgar Brewing Company
Wellington Arkell Best Bitter from Wellington Brewery

I still haven’t actually tried any beer from Neustadt…not from a lack of wanting. I’m sure as soon as I find a place in Ottawa where I can pick up any Neustadt beers and have money in my beer budget I will try some. The same goes to all the other OCB I have yet to try.
