A Night at Beau’s All Natural

The weekend of the Ottawa Wine and Food Show is already long enough…why would anyone want to extend it by another day?

The answer is quite simple…there was a relatively new craft brewery that us Cameron's guys hadn't seen yet, in a town referred to as the 'Kleek', run by a great family with a bearded captain…and it was Halloween night to boot.

The beer industry as a whole is a fun, strange, scary, frustrating, competitive, rewarding yet overwhelming behemoth of an industry.  Here is what makes the Ontario Craft segment fantastically unique and different…

We made a simple call to the folks at Beau's All Natural to say, "We're thinking about coming out to see your brewery."  Steve replied with, "Awesome, there's a Halloween party in town and you guys can crash at my place."

Sweet.

The folks at Beau's are gracious hosts, well-informed tour guides, true beer geeks and all around good people.  Go and check them out.

Anyway, as Steve mentioned in his earlier post…

"FYI – Jason and Mike also came to visit us at Beau’s the other night and have promised to post up some rather embarrassing photo’s of their visit. "

Here you go folks…

Because I recently grew my hair out, dyed it platinum blonde and crimped it, I didn't need a costume.  Steve went as a beer baron with a beard.

Steve Beauchesne Says:

Good times! Well, Thursday morning kinda sucked, but Wenesday was alright.

Steve Beauchesne Says:

oh hey…I just remembered…we decided to start a conspiracy theory about the Cameron’s guy having to walk with all that grain on account of the Beau’s guys stealing his tractor.

Lets do that.

Mike Laba Says:

I like it, but the truth is that we only believe in walking as a means of transportation…that’s just how we roll.

Except when we drive to Vankleek Hill.

Or if we’re going somewhere by plane.

And sometimes boat.
