1. Subject to the Contest Rules set forth below, any person who provides the information indicated in Section 2 below qualifies as an entrant in the WIN a Chance to Craft Your Own Brew with the OCB (the "Contest").
2. HOW TO PLAY To enter the Contest, entrants must register on-line via the "Contest Enrolment" page of this www.OntarioCraftBrewers.com website at any time during the active period (as described in Section 8 below) by completing the online registration form, including the following mandatory information: E-mail Address, First Name, Last Name, PIN number, and Acknowledgement of Age of Majority in Ontario. After you click on the "SUBMIT" button of the on-line registration form, you will receive an on-line acknowledgement that your entry has been received. If you have trouble entering the Contest, please provide details by e-mail to contest@ontariocraftbrewers.com.
3. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter the Contest.
4. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER INDIVIDUAL during the duration of the contest, EXCEPT THAT ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE AWARDED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
   1. If a contestant voluntarily agrees to complete the optional on-line survey on the "Tell Us More" page of the Ontario Craft Brewers website, then the contestant will be awarded one additional entry.
   2. For each additional previously-unregistered person that a contestant refers to the contest via the "Tell A Friend" page of the OCB website, one additional entry in the contest will be awarded to that referring contestant, once the individual referred has successfully enrolled in the contest.
5. To be eligible to win and receive a Prize in the Contest, you must be a resident of the Province of Ontario in Canada. Entrants must be 19 years of age or more. Employees of the Ontario Craft Brewers ("OCB") and its member companies, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario ("LCBO"), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"), employees of licensees authorized by the AGCO, participating sponsors, contractors, agents, representatives and their immediate family members or anyone with whom they are domiciled ARE NOT eligible to win and receive a Prize.
6. The LCBO and AGCO are not connected to this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this contest.
7. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations. Any Contest entries that are not permitted by any applicable federal, provincial, state and municipal laws or regulations are null and void. It is the responsibility of the entrant to determine whether his or her participation in the Contest is permitted under the laws applicable in the entrant's place of residence.
8. The Contest commences on Thursday May 15, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST) and ends on Monday, September 1, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST). Contest entrants can register online until Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST).
9. Prizes will be awarded based on random draws to be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2008. There is One (1) Grand Prize and Twenty-Nine (29) Secondary Prizes to be won. A Third level of prizing will be offered for every week in the duration of the contest from Thursday May 15, 2008 to Monday, September 1, 2008. The chances of winning depend on the total number of entries.

11. The prize must be accepted on an "as is" basis. There is no substitution of prizes.
12. The following terms and conditions apply to the Prizes specified in Section 10 above:
    1. There will be no cash surrender value, no substitutions for, nor transfer of any of the Prizes provided that the Ontario Craft Brewers may, in its sole discretion, substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value. The Prize selection decisions of the Ontario Craft Brewers will be final, and Prize Winners will not be able to select nor substitute their Prizes.
    2. Contest winners will be required to answer, unassisted, a time-limited, arithmetic skill testing question to be administered via a secure page on this www.OntarioCraftBrewers.com website. The user name and password to access the page with the skill-testing question will be e-mailed to the Contest winners, subject to Section 12(g) below.
    3. It will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner to contact the specific Brewery designated for fulfilling their Prize to arrange a mutually convenient day for their visit, and it is the responsibility of the Prize Winners to arrange transportation to that Brewery on the agreed-upon day.
    4. Contest winners will be required to sign a standard "Release, Waiver and Declaration Form" ("RWDF") confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and releasing the Ontario Craft Brewers and the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and their directors, officers, sponsors, employees, agents and affiliates, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from all liability of any kind in connection with the Contest or the Prize. Contest winners are responsible for the proper use of the Prizes once awarded and acceptance of a Prize as awarded releases the Ontario Craft Brewers, its sponsors and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any loss or damage sustained in relation to the Prizes.
    5. In the event a Contest winner is unable to redeem any or all of the Prize components due to reasons beyond the control of the Ontario Craft Brewers and/or the suppliers of the Prizes, no compensation or substitutions will be provided.
    6. If a Contest winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide a signed "RWDF", or is found to have violated the Contest Rules or otherwise does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 5 above, such Contest winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize in question and the Ontario Craft Brewers shall award such Prize to the next eligible participant (based on the criteria set out in Section 9 above).
    7. Subject to Sections 12(h) and 12(i) below, Contest winners will receive notice with the user name and password required to take the skill-testing question, and with the standard "RWDF" (provided in digital PDF format) within 10 business days following selection of the winners on 5 September 2008 by e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the entrant during the Contest entry process. Final Prize details, including contact information for the specific Brewery fulfilling the individual Prize, will be e-mailed within 10 business days following receipt of the duly signed "RWDF" accompanied by one (1) facsimile of personal identification satisfactory to the Ontario Craft Brewers, and completion of the skill-testing question, whichever is latest.
    8. Contest winners will have one year to redeem their Prize from the date of receipt of the duly signed "RWDF" accompanied by one (1) facsimile of personal identification satisfactory to the Ontario Craft Brewers, and completion of the skill-testing question, whichever is latest. If not redeemed at the end of the one year period the Prize will be deemed to have been forfeited, nor will the Prize be awarded to any alternately selected winner.
    9. The Contest winners will be responsible to cover the cost of postage and/or facsimile transmission in connection with the delivery of the "RWDF" and personal identification to the Ontario Craft Brewers. The Ontario Craft Brewers, its sponsors and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any Contest winner, and if the Contest winner cannot be reached or a signed "RWDF" is not received by November 1, 2008, that Contest winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize in question. The names of the Contest winners will be posted on this www.ontariocraftbrewers.com website by 20 September 2008 and will be removed no sooner than 1 March 2009.
    10. To be eligible to win, the entrant must not be an employee or a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario ("LCBO"), an employee of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") or of any licensees authorized by AGCO, or of the independent contest organization; The LCBO and AGCO are not connected to this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this contest.
13. The Ontario Craft Brewers accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information that has been provided by the participants of the Contest or otherwise. All entries shall become the sole property of Ontario Craft Brewers.
14. The Ontario Craft Brewers, its sponsors and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for any discrepancies or errors caused by the website registration system.
15. Contest entries will be processed only via an on-line form on the "Contest Enrolment" page at this www.OntarioCraftBrewers.com website. The Ontario Craft Brewers assumes no responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors (including gross negligence), deletions, technical or telephone problems, undeliverable messages, computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or for any on-line difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction to the computer server or the failure of Ontario Craft Brewers to process any entry and otherwise award any of the Prizes.
16. By entering the Contest, you agree that (i) your name can be used, without compensation, for the purpose of publicizing the winners of the Prizes, and (ii) the Ontario Craft Brewers may communicate to you information on relevant products or services from time to time by e-mail. You may prevent any further communication from the Ontario Craft Brewers by using the "Unsubscribe" link displayed within the "e-Newsletter Sign-Up" screen accessible via this www.ontariocraftbrewers.com website.
17. Information provided by Contest entrants will not be shared with anyone except as set forth in these Contest Rules. The Privacy Policy in connection with the Internet services provided by the Ontario Craft Brewers are applicable to the Contest.
18. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by all of the official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Ontario Craft Brewers, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. The Ontario Craft Brewers, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual who is found to have tampered in any way with the operation of the Contest.
19. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the independent contest organization which are final.
